My biggest "small world" moment was when I met someone on a trip to a foreign country and later found out that we had a mutual friend back home. It was such a surprise to discover that we had this unexpected connection, and it made the world feel a little bit smaller. It was a reminder of how interconnected we all are, even across different countries and cultures. **

It is difficult to pinpoint a single country as the biggest threat to world peace, as there are multiple factors and conflicts at play globally. However, some may argue that countries with significant military power and aggressive foreign policies, such as Russia, China, or the United States, could pose a threat to world peace. Additionally, countries involved in ongoing conflicts and human rights abuses, such as North Korea or Syria, could also be considered threats to global stability. Ultimately, it is important to address the complex geopolitical dynamics and work towards peaceful resolutions to prevent any single country from becoming a significant threat to world peace. **

Medicine is certainly a lucrative industry, with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and healthcare providers generating significant revenue. However, it is not accurate to label it as the "biggest money-making machine" in the world. Other industries such as technology, finance, and energy also generate substantial profits. Additionally, the focus of medicine is primarily on improving health and saving lives, rather than solely on making money. While there are certainly financial incentives within the medical field, it is important to recognize the broader societal and humanitarian goals of the industry. **

In my opinion, one of the biggest problems in the world is inequality. The vast disparities in wealth, access to resources, and opportunities create a cycle of poverty and marginalization for many individuals and communities. This inequality not only leads to social unrest and conflict but also hinders global progress and development. Addressing this issue through policies that promote equity and inclusivity is crucial for creating a more just and sustainable world. **
